I honestly wasn’t sure if mouth taping was going to be for me, but I’m really liking these! They’re super comfortable, stay on all night and don’t irritate my skin. I’ve definitely noticed I’m waking up with less of a dry mouth too. The little lip pad in the middle is a nice touch. Will definitely keep using them! 💕

Omg I’ve been loving the Rem sleep tapes! My sleep performance before wearing these was always around 60-70%, but since wearing the mouth tapes my sleep score is always 80-90% (according to my whoop)! I thought It would feel claustrophobic but it has a little hole where you can still breathe comfortably. I love these tapes sm!!!! Xx

I’m not one for any “beauty products”, but I’m into health. So was a bit skeptical of this concept Of mouth taping! I tried REM and had a really “nice” sleep, and the bonus of waking up with lovley conditioned lips was great! Thinking my “nice sleep” Could have been a one off, or I was just exhausted.
